Great success in Tokyo for La Traviata of the Teatro Massimo

 

Sixteen minutes of applause and standing ovation at the sold out show of “La Traviata” of the Teatro Massimo in Tokyo.

At the Bunka Kaikan theater, a modern 3,000-seat theater located at Ueno Park in Tokyo, the first of the performance saw the unconditional success of soprano Palermo born Desirée Rancatore, a very intense Violetta, and the baritone Leo Nucci.
