Taormina Food Expo 2025: Sicily’s culinary delights enchant, under the banner of sustainability and exchange with Malta

The Taormina Food Expo 2025 has taken place, and we can say it was a success. The rich program of talks, cooking demonstrations, tastings, and B2B meetings, achieved its objectives: recognizing Sicily as the “European Region of Gastronomy 2025”, supporting the UNESCO candidacy of Italian cuisine as world heritage, and promoting the Mediterranean Diet as a lifestyle and driver of sustainable development. The dialogue with Malta, initiated with greetings from the Malta Food Agency delegation, added an important international dimension to the event.
