A tribute to the great vibraphonist Enzo Randisi. The concert, which is part of the season’s program by the Brass Group, will be held on Thursday 11 April in the Santa Cecilia Theater in Palermo. During the session there will be a performance by the painter Giovanna Colomba, who will go on stage together with the musicians, where she will hold an impromptu painting session.

The concert, which is organized by Riccardo Randisi (in the photo above), son of Enzo, pianist, will be performed by the New Modern Jazz Quartet which, in addition to Randisi himself, includes Giuseppe Costa on double bass, Fabrizio Giammanco on drums while on Enzo Randisi's historic Mussen vibraphone, there will be Giovanni Perin from Padua. Perin, who is one of Europe's leading vibraphone experts, has also refurbished the original instrument that belonged to Enzo Randisi.
