Small local producers at a Food show in N.Y.
Small local producers from Sicily featured at the Summer fancy food show, which took place in New York last month.
Ten small producers all from Sicily were choosed by Amorfood the association which goal is to spread and improve genuine food and art of Sicily.
Ten genuine food, organic and gluten-free, were brought as specialty food top. They are capers of Salina, lentils of Villalba, shelled pistachios and pistachio cream of Bronte, extra virgin olive oil of Sciacca, honey of French honeysuckle from Caltavuturo, sweet chilli cream and prickly pear and tangerine jam from Castelbuono, the almond cream of Adrano, peaches in syrup and peach jam of Leonforte, saffron from Enna, sweet vinegar of Trapani and the aromatic herbs of Mussomeli.
Next Fancy food show is scheduled on January in San Francisco, California.
