Elections in Malta, Magistro (Sicily): “With the new Premier young people will be protagonists in Europe, at the end of the month there will be many news”

I personally sent a message to the new Maltese prime minister, Mr.Robert Abela, to whom I sent my wishes in the morning after the first results of this night. I am happy that Malta has its new Premier, who represents not only young Maltese people but also the present and future for many European citizens who view this election with great enthusiasm. Malta, like Sicily, is at the center of the Mediterranean, showing that Maltese people care for the cooperation and the improvement of relations with European countries. “So in a note Alessandro Magistro, former president of the Assembly of Sicilian consultations, who at the end of the month will be in Malta with his staff to meet spokesmen of institutions so they will be going to plan international cooperation projects.

The municipal councilor of Żurrieq Mr. Keith Schembri, former staff member for the project “Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean” also congratulates Alessandro Magistro because he is carrying out a good project between the two countries. Actually after the election of Robert Abela, Labor Schembri forecasts a new season of youth policies, which can at last get a leading role in Europe. “I also thank Chris Fearne – says Schembri – for his candidacy and his contribution to the Labor Party and  to the country”.
