Cultural cooperation with Düsseldorf

The Mayor Leoluca Orlando met at the Palazzo delle Aquile the deputy mayor of Düsseldorf, Friedrich Conzen, who is also President of the Culture Commission of the German city.

During the meeting an assessment was made of the current cooperation in cultural matters between the two cities, thanks also to the collaboration of the Goethe-Institut and that saw the presence in Palermo of German artists, students and researchers.

The Mayor has hoped that this collaboration “can continue over time, involving more and more citizens of the two cities in activities of exchange and meeting”.
